Artist Cole McLaughlin was asked to display some of his metal snowflake pieces in the showroom of renowned jewelry artist Kate Mesta, at the world famous Las Vegas World Trade Market in January 2014. Hotel Hosting Display & Reception Honoring Renowned Southern California Snowflake Artist
Mammoth Lakes, Calif. (October 22, 2013) — On Saturday, November 9, 2013, not all the snowflakes at Mammoth will have fallen from the sky—some will dangle from the walls of The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth when the resort hosts an art exhibit and reception showcasing the snowflake artwork of Cole McLaughlin.
Artist Cole McLaughlin will also auction off two of his masterpieces with proceeds benefiting the Kelly Clark Foundation.
The artist reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on November 9 is an opportunity for visitors to mingle with a craftsperson known for creating stunning metal snowflakes from reclaimed remnant metal. McLaughlin's work has appeared in high-end hotels, bars, and restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County as well as art and furnishing stores in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and San Clemente. At The Westin Monache, Mammoth, visitors can appreciate McLaughlin's snowflakes on the walls and ski or ride down the real thing on Mammoth Mountain's slopes.

Two years in the making, SNOWPOCALYPSE art show exhibition marked the debut of talented metal artist Cole McLaughlin’s unveiling of nearly 50 giant metal snowflake pieces.
On Saturday December 1st 2012, approximately 240+ guests were in attendance from 7pm to midnight at Echoes Under Sunset in Los Angeles CA, to view this massive art exhibition which featured many unique and amazing metal snowflakes ranging from 2 to 6 feet in height and some weighing over 100 lbs.
The night included a complimentary bar, DJ, snowflake themed cupcakes and an exclusive guest list of tastemakers and game-changers from architectural firms, hotel/restaurant/bar design industry, interior designers, buyers of public art, retail furniture and clothing stores, top shelf companies, gallery directors, as well as trendsetters in the art, fashion, music and entertainment world.
Some of the invited guests and celebrities in attendance were actor Drake Bell, Fox tv personality Brent Ringenbach, singer/songwriter Julia Holter and Tris Imboden, drummer for the band Chicago. “Rarely have I seen such creative usage of someone else’s metal refuse. It’s truly unique. I’m blown away by the work, just incredible work ”, said Tris Imboden.
An artist at heart, Cole McLaughlin is a metal master who started his art/design company Revello Metal Craft, fifteen years ago. He has worked with some of the best Architectural Firms, Restaurant & Hospitality Design Firms, Retail Store Design Teams, Interior Designers (commercial & home), as well as other creative entities and individuals.
His metal work can be seen in many well known high-end hotels, bars and restaurants in L.A. and O.C. including The Roosevelt Spare Room, The Thompson Hotel Beverly Hills, Javiers Irvine Spectrum, plus numerous high-end homes and top tier companies across Southern California.
